Poppy's Garden is a full service floral design company based in Muskogee, Oklahoma, and available for travel.  The majority of our events are in the Tulsa area, though we have worked in Oklahoma City, NW Arkansas and SW Missouri. We also have experience in the Pacific Northwest area.
